TELELY

Terms of Service

Effective September 18, 2026

Telely is a call-handoff app: your number stays, you don’t have to. These terms cover the Telely app, telely.app, and related SMS and calling operated by Austin Halper doing business as Telely.

1. What Telely is

Telely lets you hand your calls and texts to someone you trust for a stretch of time, then take them back. Live calls and texts to a Telely number are connected through a licensed carrier partner (Twilio). Telely is not a phone company, and it is not a 911 or emergency service.

2. Your account

You create an account with your name, email, and a password, or by continuing with Google or Apple. You are responsible for that account. You must be at least 13. Don’t impersonate anyone, and don’t create accounts for people who didn’t ask.

3. How you may use it

Use Telely only for lawful, agreed call and text coverage among people who know they are covering you. Don’t use it to harass, spoof, intercept someone else’s calls, or break the law. Don’t try to break into Telely or other people’s accounts.

4. SMS

By turning on texts in Telely, you agree to receive SMS related to your Telely number, including forwarded messages and coverage notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. No emergencies

Do not rely on Telely for emergencies, medical care, or any situation where a missed call or text would cause harm. If you need help, use your phone’s ordinary emergency number.

6. Availability

We may change, pause, or stop Telely. There is no uptime promise. We are not liable for missed calls, lost history, carrier outages, or time spent using the app.

7. Ending use

You can stop using Telely at any time by signing out, texting STOP to end SMS, and deleting the app. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that we can no longer support.

8. Changes

If these terms change, we will update the date on this page. Keeping the app after that date means you accept the updated terms. Questions: use the email on your Telely account.
